Table D'hote

Table d’hote is an archaic French expression which simply means ‘the host’s table’. In the same way that Le Petit Feuillant prides itself on upholding the original definition of chambres d’hotes - a homely, comfortable environment into which guests are warmly welcomed by their hosts - it also offers the accompanying country inn tradition of table d’hote dinning. Every night of their stay guests of Le Petit Feuillant have the option of dinning on site on one of the residences’ three terraces or in the family dining room. Every evening resident professional chef and Le Petit Feuillant host, David Chance, puts together a menu of traditional Gascon fare intended to showcase the best of the region’s produce and gastronomy, and which includes aperitifs, wine and coffee.
